Admission Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and transparent admission experience, parents and guardians are
requested to carefully read the following guidelines before applying. Our goal is to make the
process simple, fair, and supportive for every student and family.

School Students Walking

Admission Availability​

  1. Admissions are subject to seat availability in each class.

  2. The school may close admissions once seats are filled.

  3. Early application is strongly recommended to secure a place.


Entrance Assessment

Students will undergo a friendly interaction or basic academic assessment depending on their class level:

  1. Bal Vatika, Nursery, LKG, UKG: Friendly interaction session

  2. Class 1 onwards: Basic academic assessment in English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge

      This helps us understand the student’s learning level and provide appropriate academic
       support.


Required Documents

Parents are required to submit the following at the time of admission:
Birth Certificate (mandatory)
Previous School Report Card (if applicable)
Transfer Certificate (for Class 2 and above)
Passport-size photographs of the student
Aadhaar Card copy (if available)
Address proof of parents/guardians
Note: Parents must submit original documents along with photocopies for verification.


Fee Policy

  1. Admission is confirmed only after payment of the prescribed admission and tuition fees.

  2. Please note that fees, once paid, are non-refundable as per school policy.

  3. Detailed fee structure is available at the Admission Office and on the school website.

School Uniform & Books
After admission confirmation:

  1. Parents will receive information about school uniform, books, and study materials.

  2. These can be obtained from authorized vendors recommended by the school.

Code of Conduct
Students admitted to Koshi Public School are expected to:

  1. Maintain discipline and follow school rules

  2. Show respect to teachers, staff, and fellow students

  3. Follow the academic and behavioral standards of the school

  4. Parents are encouraged to actively cooperate with the school for the overall development of

  5. the child.

Final Decision
The school management reserves the right to approve or decline any admission request based on:

  1. Eligibility criteria

  2. Seat availability

  3. Student assessment results

  4. Document verification
